Which path is right for me?

Choose by readiness. The Foundation Strategy Session is for founders with a specific question or decision. The 90-Day Growth Blueprint is for brands with traction that want a sequenced plan for the next 90 days. Ongoing Partnership is for organizations ready for integrated, long-term strategic support. Can I move from the Session to the Blueprint?

Yes. Your $400 Foundation Strategy Session investment is credited toward The 90-Day Growth Blueprint when you begin within 30 days.

Is the Blueprint required before Ongoing Partnership?

No. Most partnerships begin with the Blueprint, but organizations with a clearly defined scope may begin Ongoing Partnership directly. When you continue from the Blueprint within 30 days, your full Strategy Sprint fee is credited toward your first month.

How is partnership investment determined?

Ongoing Partnerships are custom-scoped to your goals and stage of growth. Investment is discussed during your discovery call, once we have confirmed alignment on both sides.

Who leads my engagement?

Empress Lanice, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of ELMH, leads every engagement, supported by the Strategic Collective, our internal team and trusted outside partners.

What if we're not a fit right now?

We will respond with care and, where possible, point you to a path or partner better suited to your current stage. The right fit at the right time matters more than a fast yes.
